Shipping Locations
- United Kingdom: We ship across the UK to all locations serviced by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the UK.

Royal Mail Tracked 48:

- 2.01-5 lbs: £7.50
- 5.1-11 lbs: £9.00
- 11.1-20 lbs: £12.00
- Orders over 20 lbs: Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Royal Mail Tracked 24:

- 0-2 lbs: £5.50
- 2.01-5 lbs: £8.50
- 5.1-11 lbs: £10.00
- 11.1-20 lbs: £13.00

Local Delivery:

- Available for postcodes starting with FY4 to FY8.
- Cost: £2.50
- Delivery Time: Same or next day (excluding Sundays).
Free Shipping
- Subscription Orders: We offer free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all subscription orders.
Processing Time
- We aim to process and send all orders to Royal Mail the next day.
- Orders received after our cutoff time or during weekends will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next day after Royal Mail picks up the package (excluding Sundays).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 days after Royal Mail picks up the package (excluding Sundays).
- Local Delivery: Delivered on the same or next day within the local area (excluding Sundays).
Please note, delivery times are estimates and start from the time your order is handed over to Royal Mail. Actual delivery time may vary based on factors like postal service conditions and location.
Order Tracking
- All orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services include tracking.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email or directly on the Royal Mail website.
Handling and Packaging
- Each honey jar is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
- We use tamper-evident seals and add fragile stickers to the packaging to protect the jars during transit.
